Mohammed also developed a Client-side security framework in JavaScript and jQuery to escape and validate user input to prevent XSS (Cross-Site Scripting) attacks and managed a team of three members to interface with customer support and resolve high priority technical issues. He designed and implemented the WIP (Work in Progress) limits feature in Scrum Board, which helps scrum masters to track the progress of each member in the sprint and allocate items accordingly. Additionally, Mohammed developed the Webhooks feature that delivers real-time data to other applications in JSON format whenever a set of events such as creating or updating a project, sprint, item, etc. occurs, thus enabling integration between Zoho Sprints and other third-party applications.
